Summary: What a perfect little guest suite! My friend and I were in town to see a show on Jones Beach. Deidre's place suuted us to a T. It was comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped. The futon bed is a bit small (double?), but the mattress and pillows are cozy. There's a window AC unit in the kitchenette which cooled the place in no time. The kitchen and bath were so well-stocked - Deidre thought of everything! She is incredibly helpful, giving us lots of guidance on transportation, dining and daytime activities. We rode her beach cruisers on the boardwalk every day we were there. The whole experuence was wonderful. I would highly recommend this rental!
